Avery Banks is a classically trained actor and director based in NYC. She graduated magna cum laude from NYU Tisch (BFA in Acting), where she trained at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting and Stonestreet Studios. Recent career highlights include a major supporting role in BAFTA Newcomer Camille Hamadé’s film To Fade Away, the lead role in Jeff Athey’s play After Eden (a finalist in the Soho Playhouse’s Lighthouse Series), and directing a passion project called Stay at the IRT Theater. You might also catch her in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and The Trial of the Chicago 7, if you squint.

Outside of acting and directing, Avery is a recurring guest player on the D&D show Tabletopnotch, can regularly be found on Twitch alongside her partner Chris London (currently romping around in Baldur's Gate), and has been known to rescue a stray cat or two (or four).
